YogaFlow  - Tues. & Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Shawano Community Education - 1050 S. Union St. Shawano 

Unwind for an hour with basic yoga poses and simple yoga flows.  Simple props, such as a rolled-up mat, chair, blocks and a strap or the wall can be incorporated for modifications to any pose.  Wonderful for incorporating balance in your life.  Aromatherapy with therapeutic-grade essential oils adds to the relaxation and mood-improvement.  Breathe, focus, strengthen body and soul at day's end.  To enroll: Contact Community Ed (715) 526-2192. $25/month

Yoga On The Docks - Saturday 8:30 am - Glas Coffee House in the summertime

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of hearing the water lapping on the shore as we flow through poses and vinyasa flows.  There is also a nice, flat grassy area for those that feel more comfortable on land.

Personal Yoga&Training Sessions - Deepen your practice, gain confidence, and receive guidance from a trained teache to develop a practice tailored to your individual needs. Personal instruction is an invaluable tool for students of all levels and experience.
